How much does the USA proxy marriage cost?

The total cost is $950.

How long does it take to receive the marriage certificate?

It only takes 3 weeks from the time we receive the completed forms and documentation.

I live in a state that doesn't allow proxy marriages.  Will the Montana proxy marriage certificate be recognized in my state?

Yes.  Once the legal marriage certificate is granted in a state where marriage by proxy is legal, it will then be recognized by every state except Iowa, all branches of the Military, and most countries of the world.

My fiancé is serving in the Military in Iraq.  Can we get legally married while he is serving overseas?

Yes. We arrange a double proxy marriage where neither party has to travel. There is no residency requirement.

I am a US citizen and my fiancée is a foreign resident.  Will US Immigration accept the USA proxy marriage?

Yes. The legal USA proxy marriage will generally be accepted if the marriage is subsequently consummated.

If we get married by proxy can we have a regular wedding when my husband returns home from overseas?

Yes. The USA proxy marriage is a civil marriage only.  You can later have a beautiful religious wedding ceremony and invite all of your friends and family.
